- 25% of the rental fee will secure your reservation, with the balance due two weeks before arrival.
- A confirmation letter will be sent to you confirming your reservation and will show the final payment due date.
- If you must cancel, your reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee, provided we receive notice at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, unless an equal rental is booked.
- A Secuity Deposit is required with your final payment. The security deposit is 25% of the rental fee. The security deposit will be returned as soon as possible after the chalet has been inspected.
- No refunds due to weather conditions.
